Dale K. Bethel is the founder of the Bethel Law Corporation. He has a Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University of Law, Fullerton, California. He spent his undergraduate schooling at the University of Oregon, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Political Science. Since passing the California State Bar Exam, he has continued his education and licensing by acquiring his California Life Insurance license, #0C32020, and his Series 6 and 63 securities licenses. He is admitted to practice before the following courts: California Supreme Court; United States District Court; Central and Southern District Courts of California; and, the United States Tax Court.
He is also a long standing member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of California, Trade Secrets Standing Committee and has been a member of the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform (CANHR), the Sharp Health Care Foundation for Financial, Tax and Estate Planning Professionals, and the national American Intellectual Property Law Association.
He has lectured for thousands of individuals and professionals regarding estate, financial, and tax planning, including the creation and use of intellectual property for such. He has clients from all over the country, including high net worth individuals and family mid-size corporations ranging from 1 million to 100 million dollars in annual earnings.
Ray A. Mandlekar, a former partner of a national law firm headquartered in San Diego, is an attorney with over twelve years of experience handling complex litigation matters. He graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1995, attaining a Bachelor of Arts degree with highest honors, and received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 1998.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Mandlekar represented the plaintiffs in multiple employment law class action cases filed in Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego. In 2001, he joined a world-class shareholder litigation firm, where he litigated high-profile financial fraud cases in California, Colorado, New York, New Jersey and Texas courts. Most of Mr. Mandlekar’s cases involved complex subject matter, such as accounting fraud, structured finance and the use of financial derivatives, and many involved claims for billions of dollars.
For example, Mr. Mandlekar litigated on behalf of the shareholders in In re Enron Corporation Securities Litigation, one of the largest and most complicated corporate frauds in American history, and on behalf of Hong Kong bond purchasers in In re Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., the largest bankruptcy in American history. He also represented the plaintiff shareholders in the jury trial of In re AT&T Corp. Securities Litigation, which resulted in a settlement of $100 million after the plaintiffs presented their case-in-chief.
Mr. Mandlekar is originally from Illinois, but he has spent the majority of his life in California. He relocated to the Temecula area in 2005.
Eric J. Rechsteiner is the founder and owner of Rechsteiner Law. He has a Juris Doctorate degree from California Southern Law School, California. He also received his entire undergraduate schooling from the University of Redlands, California earning a Bachelor of Arts in Music with an emphasis in Business.
He represents clients throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding areas.
